Rather than incurring long downtime delays and exorbitant rental fees, benefit from a 75%-95% improvement in downtime due to Priority Service. Each Idealease customer has use of Idealease bays, where mechanics begin diagnosing and repairing vehicles the moment they are brought in for service. Never wait for service to begin on your truck, and keep them out of the shop and on the road.

Preventive Maintenance Programs
IdealMaintenance includes Preventice Maintenance programs. When vehicles are due for service, PMs are scheduled around our customers off hours, and, at times, even overnight. Our service bays have the most recent state-of-the-art-equipment, which allows us to make 95% of repairs onsite. Don't work around someone else's clock; work around your own.

Mobile Service
Many of Idealease's customers are serviced by Idealease Mobile Service. Rather then sending trucks and drivers to the Idealease location each time repairs are needed, let our Mobile Maintenance unit come to you. These units are specially equipped service vehicles which will travel to the customer's location in order to perform on-site maintenance.

Tire Management
Because tires are the largest maintenance expense for a vehicle, our customers benefit from Idealease's purchasing power to lower tire expense. Also, our expert tire management and accurate replacement intervals are crucial to maximizing fuel economy. The programs IdealMaintenance provides include the cost for all normal tire repair and replacement. Our facilites also utilize the latest wheel alignment tools and testing equipment to assure maximum tire performance and fuel ecomomy.

Idealnet
Perhaps one of the best features of the IdealMaintenance program is Idealnet. When IdealMaintenance customers are faced with a vehicle breakdown, lock-out, emergency permit requirement, or the need for fuel or haz-mat cleanup, you can rely on Idealnet to guide you through even the most difficult situations. When your vehicle breaks down or is in any of the other positions listed above, they can contact the Idealnet Hotline. Rather than being answered by a difficult to comprehend and time consuming recording, the phone is answered by a live voice ready to help you with the matter at hand. The goal of Idealnet is to get the customer's vehicle repaired and the driver back on the road in the shortest amount of time possible.
